Take alot of nerve for someone who cant coach his way out of a paper bag to say that.

Yeah I don't really get the hate for the Shumpert pick. He's a freak athlete and all the scouting reports say he can be a very good defender in the NBA. If they got Chris Singleton, he plays the same position as Carmelo and Amare as a 3/4 hybrid so when would you be able to get him into the game except to use his great defense to guard other bench players? They might have taken the best available defender at the guard position so you can't get mad at that.

Singleton can guard 1-4 tho....IMO, that pick would have made more sense for the Knicks.  Either him or Faried.

I was surprised that NYK didn't go with Faried, but I don't think Iman will be a bust... He will be a solid role player .. I'll pull for him

Although the people running the Sixers either do not care about the team at all or are just completely incompentent, they might have one of the the best potential packages to offer the Hornets for Chris Paul. (Jrue, Iguodala, Speights and a first rounder or two). They also play in a big market so it's not like he's getting thrown to Milwaukee. Elton Brand's expiring contract will also be a HUGE trade chip next summer, which would open up room for another max player.

Call me insane, but I'd give up Turner before I'd give up Holiday.

That's not really that much. Thad Young would just take over Iggy's spot, CP would take over Jrue's and Doug Collins hates Speights anyway. Plus Brand's contract expires at the same time as Dwight's....
