He doesn't look to pass as much for sure. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have a great feel. He's also lost a bit of athleticism after his injury but he seems to be more efficient with his scoring. That says a lot about his feel for the game.

By feel for the game in talking like Passing, making quick decisions, seeing things before they happen .
Kawhi is average to maybe below average passer, isn't really a good or dynamic passer out of the pick and roll can't really pick out shooters in the corner doesn't really see guys or anticipate openings unless it's blindingly obvious. .
He just uses his size and strength to work to a spot and scores. don't get me wrong I love it. I kisj think iit's interesting.

I get what you mean, he's not your prototypical playmaker
The ironic thing is, the thing that makes him elite imo is his feel for the game. Some attributes he's elite in: instinctual attacking closeouts, footwork to get into your spot in traffic, converting from any spot on the floor, lead me to believe it's difficult for me to characterize that as not having a great feel for the game
An eye test observation is that he also is elite at pace. He knows exactly when and how to accelerate/decelerate
His IQ is through the roof in that regard and that goes hand in hand with feel for the game
