Kinda hard to play them together, no? 

That's part of the problem even taking Thibs out of the picture. Bringing in both Mirotic and McDermott probably wasn't the best idea short term, but when Taj leaves that opens up frontcourt minutes.

I don't think so, Mirotic showed a lot of defensive potential, he could get SOME minutes at small ball 5.

But yea, they do have a log jam. Especially with Portis competing for mins now too.
