For those who asked they were ordering bundles from some internal site, 99, 119, 145 etc. Starting with the cheapest until it runs out. Some included the guidebook, wireless controller etc. The site was slow and crashing so they had to try a few times. Sure enough some people got it with shipping direct to their house. I didn't feel like waiting anymore though, had them put me on a list.
