I appreciate and miss it when the Offense has no flow, spacing or purpose like this season. But to be fair, the Triangle was perfect during the Shaq era when players Horry & Fox knew how to cut to the basket after passes into the post and Harper/Shaw/Kobe knew how to work the offense from the perimeter. The second go round with Phil coaching the Kobe/Odom/Pau etc Lakers, the Triangle wasnt great but it did space the floor and got players open shots.Originally Posted by Essential1

The man purposely matched up Steve Blake on OJ Mayo. I will go to my grave wondering what in the blue !!%% a coach would do that for, on purpose.I would have fired that man ON THE COURT. I am dead serious right now. He would have been gone during a TV timeout. One of the most disgusting coaching moments I have ever witnessed.
Man if you only knew how hard that made me laugh. I'm just imagining Buss sitting up there in luxury box like, "Alright alright, that's quite enough get him outta here" and sending some of his minions down to escort Mike from the building, and bringing coach Kobe one of his suits to finish the game.
An on-court firing lmao. I can just imagine the doofy look on Mike's bespectacled face.

Steve Nash for a year or two might be the best available option they're left with at point guard. It would be a huge upgrade over Sessions, regardless of how old Nash is IMO.

that way Mitch can use Gasol for a PG.
Cfranchise26:
Trade Ramon Sessions for Toney Douglas
Do It Mitch
Only if we could also trade Melo for Murphy.
Do it whoeveriscurrentlyrunningtheKnicksintotheground!

I just dont see them trading away one of our best post player for another SF that makes twice as much.Originally Posted by Essential1
There is no such thing as "cheaper"... You want to win a title before Kobe retires.. You gotta say %#@% the Cap because it is irrelevant until Kobe's last game in the NBA. Then it makes a difference.
Your suggestion is ride with Metta 30+ minutes per game again.. While I think Metta's valuable and should be back, that team will not win a title.. Now having Andre Iguodala play 30 minutes and Metta play 18 is a much better caliber team..

If they can somehow trade MWP for another Big then maybe but right now theres not a lot of interest in him (MWP).
