Newest Reebok Pump Court Victory Release

I just bought a new pair of the Court Victory pumps from Dr Jays and was wondering if anybody here had one of these pairs?  The reason I ask is I'd heard that the previous retros had issues with the pump system, and to me, it seems the newest retro does too.  First, the tennis ball pump is hard as a rock, and not very easy to pump.  When you do pump it up, 9 times out of 10 no air releases.  Also, the tongue on these shoes are about as small as they are on the omni lites, which I wasn't expecting.

I have a couple of pairs of the recent Twilight Zone retro and the pumps on those work great, and I've never had any issues with the pump system on any of my other retros.
