It's definitely not comic book fans making these movies make hundreds of millions. They're the most critical of these movies.
Just like any hyped movie with popular characters there will be movie goers filling the seats.
I agree with everything you said in this post. Dont think they are making more Iron Man films. RDJ only on board for Avengers films from now on and he is contracted for Avengers 2 and 3. No more ironman until Phase 4.I was glad I didn't go see the wolverine. But I did spend money on that piece of crap iron man 3. Smh. Now I know not to waste my time or money on another iron man. Not a fan of the new spiderman stuff either.

People love to complain. They probably don't mind spending the money to see it so they can tell everyone how much it sucked later.

I wait till netflix, read reviews or ask good sources how bad the films are. Most of the comic films I haven't seen so no I'm not one of those fans.
