The Eagles players should not have shown so much PUBLIC support behind Cooper on this one. Let Riley Cooper suffer the consequences.

No, they think they know Riley. Riley let them and the world know what he was/is really about in that video clip. They know him personally, you don'tThe Eagles players should not have shown so much PUBLIC support behind Cooper on this one. Let Riley Cooper suffer the consequences.
Let them make their own decisions

same with avant and a few others......but we all know in most part they support him/are behind him because its the p.r. thing to do.Mike Vick forgave him
Vick has become a class act since leaving prison, I'm rooting for you MV7

Agreed.
I think Cooper is a POS, but i'm on the outside looking in. There's also a reason why there seems to be a divide in the Eagles locker room as far as guys willing to forgive and others who aren't.
I had a feeling the usual suspects would be in here trying to give Riley Cooper a pass on this one.

You said I don't know Riley Cooper personally, as if I or anyone else needs to PERSONALLY know someone in order to make an assessment on them. Like I said earlier, Riley Cooper said everything I need to know about him in that video clip. If you want to overlook that, give Riley a second chance, or anything or the sort then that's on you.Who gave him a pass? You are judging his teammates for their own decisionsI had a feeling the usual suspects would be in here trying to give Riley Cooper a pass on this one.
I said they should cut him but I'm not his teammate so let them make their own mind up
You are always arguing with someone, you need a hug bro

Eagles player I texted with yesterday, this morning on Riley Cooper: "Not every player has forgiven. Not by a long shot."
I'm not changing anything and I'm certainly not arguing. Also, I said "if" you to overlook this, with the key word being "if".You constantly change what you are arguing about to try and prove your point
What part of they should cut him can't you comprehend?

He only made 490k last year. He'll feel the fine a bit. The rest of the consequences, he'll feel on the field. If maclin didn't tear his acl, he probably would've been cut.
15k outta 490k isn't much infact its a little over 3% of his pay..... that equivalent to someone making 30k a year and taking 30 bucks out of their yearly income. So its not even a slap on this wrist. As far as cutting him, I agree when compared to many other actions etc..... that players don't get suspended let alone cut ie...dui's, domestic crimes, so forth and so on....cutting him etc would be really harsh. He only made 490k last year.
