Heck yeah! Just look at the teams from 08 until now, pull up the rosters... on paper those teams are loaded, lots of talent on both sides of the ball.
Yet they get on the field and play down or below their comp.

As a Ravens fan I think this was actually the best thing for him. He can just chill for the rest of the season and avoid any further injuries, while still getting paid. It's not like the Texans are fighting for anything at this point.
When the season ends he can ask for a release, sign with the Ravens for one week and retire in that purple and black
