There are a lot of transplants in LA so you'll hear about the usual fairweather fans but the Raiders still have a very significant presence.

have to agree

the bar i go to for football is full of the same raider fans week in and week out. and they root hard :lol

and the ones i've met and talked to have always been pretty cool actually. one big *** 6'5" 350lb dude with a raider face tattoo was one of the nicest dudes i've ever met. he bought me a beer and a shot :lol

I guess I am wondering if fans would leave the Raiders to follow the new team. You may be able to get transplants though with how easy it is to follow teams across the country that isn't as easy as before to change them. (Shrug) Who knows we will see what happens

If the Rams return to LA, then you'll get a lot more fans back in the LA basin. There's a few Ram fans still around...and with the quality of that team, I could see their fan popularity increase with a return to Los Angeles. But as it stands, it's still majority Raider fans.

A whole lot of waiting. Oakland doesn't have the political will to get a stadium done for any of its teams, and LA needs to intervene and throw it's weight behind one developer. Plus there's the issue of whether Mark Davis can hold onto the team after his mom dies and he has to pay the estate tax. He might have to sell to the highest bidder.

IDK man i would love for LA to bring an NFL team here, at least an AFC team so i can see indy play them often instead of every 8 years if it is an NFC team. the farmers field idea wouldve been the perfect location ( where the la convention center is now next to staples center, across from LA LIVE ) but that fell through i believe.

The team has been more or less trash for a decade. Go to Burbank airport on game day there are planes filled with Raiders fans flying to Oakland. Raiders fans ain't ever leaving.
