The problem with the Bulger argument is essentially your saying if Warner had a worse backup QB on the team, his chance of getting in is better. Does that really make any sense when you step back and look at it? If Tim Couch followed him and failed (as opposed to Marc being on the team), now we feel better about Warner and what he did?

what made the rams' system so great, anyway?

playing on a fast track turf field indoors?
playing with big time WRs?
big time RB?
chuck it around offense?

sounds familiar....

Top 10? Nah.

Names that come up during that time... Fitz, Welker, Jennings, Smitty, Wayne, Andre, Megatron... all in the upper tier conversation.

Welker's option route game was stupid.
Witten

The way he broke the lions safety off on 4th and 6 was just

He asked about who i thought was up there circa 2010, but yea Witten was a beast then too.

Hes the epitome of route running. Dude looks slow but always shakes a LB/S and gets open.

It's akin to saying "tell me which QB's are the most accurate... I bet they'll be in your top 10 QB's list". No ****.
LOL. You can actually judge accurate QB's through stats though so that example was pretty pathetic.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you're talking about Completion %, yea?

There's no way a teams offense can help dictate that, could there.......

There you have 100% evidence of who the most accurate QB's are in the L.

I mean, we value guys with longevity that never get over the hump (Super Bowl ring)... why don't we value guys that tear the league up for a short period, win multiple MVPs *and* a Super Bowl (plus make it to another Super Bowl with a completely different team)? He came into the league at what, 29 years old, and then proceeded to show us The Greatest Show on Turf.

There are some stories and some dudes that don't fit into the "herp derp top 5 categories all time must be hall of fame" -- Kurt Warner is one of them.

So you mean to tell me this is HOF worthy:

Regular Season:

991 attempts
4,956 yards
5.0 YPC
39 TD's
112 receptions
1,307 yards
9 TD's
5x first team all pro
1 ROY
0 playoff appearances

And this is not HOF worthy:

Regular Season:

1,655 attempts
7,607 yards
4.6 YPC
60 TD's
169 receptions
1,280 yards
5 TD's
2x first team all pro
2x OPOY
1 NFL MVP
1 2,000 yard season

Playoffs:

204 attempts
1,140 yards
5.6 YPC
12 TD's
19 receptions
131 yards
0 TD's
2 appearances/2 wins
1 SB MVP

Kurt Warner was all time great status in 1999 and 2001

Then he was basically mediocre to garbage from 2002-2007.

Warner posted a 13- 29 record during those years while throwing 54 touchdown passes 52 interceptions

Then in 2008 he got hot in the playoffs and was basically slightly more accurate 2012 Joe Flacco before Joe Flacco :lol

Wat?

Whos that?

I'm tripping now bc I was just peeping Big Bens 2014 season.

4,952 yards, 32 TD, 9 INT... Numbers there too similar had me tripping over that 991 attempts thinking it was Ben this year.
