Nah when you hear him actually saying it you can tell 'we all know what Ertz said' and then, separate from that, the rest of Leber's quote. Who would he know on the team? Who crossed timelines with him in SD-MIN-STL that's now in PHI?

Sam Bradford is all I'm coming up with and no way in hell he'd rather be in STL :lol

Teddy Throwsevelt to Dez Bryant is a scenario even Jerry Jones would like to see.

^ LTB not gonna be pleased you dug that one up, Franc :lol

Nothing to see here... just trying to get leverage. A deal will be done
When? He's franchised. Do deals really get done during the offseason into the summer in which a player has just been franchised? Genuinely asking.

It might work out in his favor. If the Cowboys have a bad year, he becomes a FA and can get out. Romo isn't going to be a top tier QB for too much longer...

Dez hasn't signed the franchise tag yet
You sign a franchise tag?!

I don't know why I feel so new to this, but isn't it a designation the organization places on you and not something you can really accept or decline?

I mean, I suppose if you "decline," you just don't play.

They have by mid July.

Dez ain't leaving... dream on Vikings guy.  They have to get Carr's situation figured out then it's on to Dez. He's with Roc Nation Sports and they're notorious for pushing the button on deals albeit being impatient. He's shown up to OTAs so they feel as if they should do it now, but a deal will be done.

Dream on, he says. :lol Ain't nothing personal about it.

Vikings will just be fine, my friend.

There's 5/32 or 15% of the active NFL head coaches in 2015 from the two coaching staffs in Super Bowl XXXV (35) Giants v. Ravens, a S.B. 15 years ago.

Sean Payton (Giants O.C.), John Fox (Giants D.C.), Marvin Lewis (Ravens D.C.), Jack Del Rio (LBs), Rex Ryan (DL). Then past head coaches: Brian Billick, Jim Fassel, Mike Smith (Baltimore DL).

Chip very well might be the next Jim Harbaugh, won't eem be surprised if he told Howie that "the novacare complex" is for grown men ONLY :lol

Is 'next Harbaugh' really a critique though?

Ain't Harbaugh's beef was with the owner and management?

Don't see chip questioning lurie's manhood

I'm just talking about him as a coach.. Solely, him in that capacity

But doesnt baalke have a serious ego? and him and Harbaugh had issues because Harbaugh was getting most of the credit?

Chip took Andy Reid's players as far as he could, it was time to rebuild

Not shocking that Maclin, Foles, Mathis, Shady and Desean all had their best year under Chip

I agree. And I'm chiming in as a non-Eagles fan because it might look like you're just saying that because you're a fan, but when you really think about it...It's true. There was nowhere to go, but down.

Everyone throws their arms up at these moves like the Jags fan gif, but those guys were just a collection of talented individuals and while that may work elsewhere, it didn't really jive as far as a team concept. A team that would win a Super Bowl, at least. Chip got rid of these guys at perhaps their highest value and is now collecting team guys that fit his own concept.

We've talked about it before, but he'll either sink or swim with it. And if he sinks, I still don't think that should change an opinion of it being the wrong way to go. I think it's the right way to go, regardless. It'll just mean his eye for building a team or coaching in the NFL just isn't to the right caliber. That's how I see it.

100% how I feel

I'm cool with what he's doing because I didn't want another 10 win season out of the same old

Bradford is they key obviously but I've warmed up to him and a new start
