I wouldn't even knock the large houses.. if an athlete was savvy and took advantage of the 'buyers' market we've had the last couple of years

It's less about the sale price of the actual house (since I'm theory that can be seen as an asset though nothing like it used to be), it's more of a drain to fill them up with stuff and the taxes/insurance on them which never goes away

Yep and it's also hard to flip a large expensive house, less of a market and a lot people who can afford them want their own custom house

my biggest concerns/priorities with property are location and sq footage
