A team definitely gon take a chance. We know game action is what matters but potential is everything for a lot of teams. His ceiling is crazy.

Yes and you could even say he reressed between his RS Freshman and Sophomore seasons. Yet based of "potential" and a nice Pro Day there was still a bunch of chatter of him going @ #1 but he fell to #3.

Like you said - Teams will reach based on their perception of your potential
