He was not drafted for success to a reputable team. Does he have NFL talent? Sure, but only with other weapons, ala Herbert, Tua, Brice Young (Alabama).

Mariota is an NFL talented qb that hasn’t had weapons around him. Daniel Jones (NYG) has NFL talent with no weapons.
