Looks like Haynesworth got a ticket to the free agent market by being named to the Pro Bowl. At the end of the day this is really what matters, all of theseguys have clauses/incentives in their contracts if they are named to the Pro Bowl, so sometimes these snubs do have serious ramifications.

its not about being bitter, its about who is more deserving ... eli is a bum ... i started coming around until i watched the last two giants games and realizedhe is still as bad as he ever was ... he doesnt make good decisions and if he doesnt have a running game its over for the giants ... its sad that one flukeplay in a super bowl will overshadow his entire pointless career ...

You gonna criticize Eli after the last 2 games when the rest of the season he was playing his best football BY FAR in his career. He is a great QB not at thatelite level yet, a bum?
Point is, the last 2 games Eli has had NO TIME whatsoever, the O-Line has been playing average the past 2 games and have been dominated at the line ofscrimmage (esp by Dallas, their pass rush was nearly flawless last week), I don't care if you're Dan Marino you're not going to do well if yourgetting sacked almost 10 times.
...and please don't bring up one play in the Superbowl, Eli made a TON of clutch plays throughout the playoffs (especially vs Dallas) and severelyoutplayed Favre in Green Bay.

but Roddy White is putting up numbers on a 9-5 team in the playoff hunt?? And he's 2nd in the league in yards.
Yeah CJ is having a beast year, but so is Smitty, Roddy, Q, & Fitz and even so is Greg Jennings. They all just happen to be on teams in the playoffs or inthe race.
There's just not enough spots on the roster this year for all the good receivers, and the receiver on the team that's 0-14 isn't going to make it.plus he's in his 2nd year. They gotta give props to Roddy, he's been ballin this year and last, he deserves the props.
