Not ACG, but SB or maybe sportswear sold some that fit similarly a few years ago. They were cotton but had a ripstop like pattern to them.

I have two pairs of the ACG trail ease pants from 2021/2022ish. One women's XL, one men's L (my true size). The women's XL are actually pretty big vs the men's L, I thought a size up on women's would be equivalent but those are a little baggy. The men's L is a pretty true slim fit. It might be tough to track them down now, they sold well at the time
