It’s messed up how they put can good leather on these but not the Flight 89.

They do, indeed. But you have to be sure the colorway you want, because they use good leather only in some of them. That's even worse, 'cause you never know...

i say ok because nike really doesnt make good leather shoes anymore. they will use the thinnest leather then coat it to make it seem thick and tumbled

I mean they don’t even really use leather anymore . It’s like pleather. Seems like to me rarely do any Nikes these days have good quality leather unless it’s like a high end model . Certainly not retros. I mean I’m no leather expert but that’s what it looks and feels like to me. Back in the day real leather was just a given on Nike shoes. It’s a shame

Same reason I jumped on the 11.5 now. I grabbed a 12 in the white/grey pair and they're a little too roomy for my liking, hoping the 11.5 works out better.
