You can legitimately order more than 1 to an address as long you use different cards and names.

Only 8 is wayy off to me. My FNL here in GA got them and got 13 pairs total. Maybe 8 in a state but definitely not total.

My bad, I was exaggerating
But yeah, I'm not even in Atlanta, and my local FNL got them, and I know for a fact, it isn't a high grossing FNL.
