Yup, I contacted them and they said the delay is "due to scheduled distribution center maintenance closures". Not supposed to receive them until 9/23

That is right, one of us will be wrong. I will be totally honest if I messed up. I really hope they turn out awesomely. I just don’t have too much faith in Jordan Brand because I’ve seen their movies one too many times.

I don't trust them, either, but like I said before, I'm cautiously optimistic these new WCs aren't going to be some over-the-top abominations. Even for Nike/JB, I find it somewhat difficult to imagine them doing something utterly abysmal to that particular model and colorway. I know I shouldn't even say that out loud LOL
But I won't even care if they are indeed getting some sort of "vintage" treatment, as long as it's done subtly. Now, if it turns out that "reimagined" means they put a white patent-leather upper on it, I'll have to fly to Beaverton and burn down Nike HQ

Pair touched down. A few flaws (different EP on each shoe; chipped paint on lateral left leather wrap around; stain on left midsole; a few loose threads). All in all, shoe is dope. Very comfy too

Put something solid, like a metal ruler under it and use an exact knife with a new blade. Been thinking about doing it myself. You first.

Got my SNKRS pair in. The paint on the mid soles was a lil lame.

Love the strong paint smell coming from the box and card insert. Leather feels better than the last BC release. Haven’t really bought many 3s since then besides the Red Cement and Desert Elephant pairs so didn’t know they had “remastered” the 3s.
