Feng Tay>LN. Having owned a few pairs of 1999 4s, it seemed that the ones made in Taiwan were constructed a little better. I wonder why Nike and JB stopped making sneakers in Taiwan.

Exactly. It’s just luck of the draw if you got a decent pair regardless of factory.
