Nike Air Max Plus Thread

Your cool bro! Everyone's just hyped, I am sceptical too, once we see them in person that's when you will know if you will be happy. I don't like the veins either but the contrast of the two blues is quite appealing.
Well i never said anything bad or that I dont want the shoe..was just making observations. I love sneakers but not many..this ones up there for me

I mean I get the shape talk but just off looking at the pics those veins are super wide compared to old . It’s just weird how Nike always messes something up on purpose I never understood that lol. It’s lije they do something on purpose. Why not just keep the veins how they always been instead of making them look like new paved roads!! Smh

They are almost doubled if you look closely. I have a feeling nike did this on purpose as an ode to the inspriration of the shoe..the palms trees and skyline..they enhanced the veins and fade

Even though my ‘13’s are still perfect after dozens of wear, might be tempted on Thursday for $169. I was thinking of waiting to see in hand before copping in December but I can see myself wearing the hypers into my retired years, so a double up will be put to good use. :nthat:

I hear you, I'm in the same situation because my '13s version are about to need a little break.

Well priding themeselves is messing up classics.. why put new paved roads on the side of the shoe instead of keeping the veins? Another shoe that I loved has been changed once again. I just don’t understand it. Keep a classic a classic the same exact way.

I have to agree, Nike have been overly innovative with the Ultra series, and vapor max. Whether it is pride or a mistake in both scenarios they let the side down a tad. But they have been taking the piss a lot recently with a lot of classics not just the AMP. Look at the air max 96 mentioned earlier in this thread. I agree though they should not of messed with the aesthetics of the upper.

The veins are real similar to the ultras, almost like they didnt use the tn veins but went cheap and just slapped the ultra veins on there. It is weird, because it isn't like they had to completely make a new mold to make them.

Excuse my language. Some cock in Nike sportswear probobly thought he was being clever. Rant over goodnight

It’s always something isn’t it lol

Even the veins at the back of the shoe is HUGE too! But look at the side of the shoe and look how FREAKING BOLD that vein is it just looks so out of place smh, and if you can’t see just because you don’t want to it’s the 4th vein back.
