It's some kind of Neoprene derivative. Same stuff used on most Vapormax Plus.

Nike came correct fellas. I would definitely size up if you got wide feet though. I forgot AM Plus ran a little narrow

they fit bigger than recent AMP's releases (made in Indonesia ones).

I pretty much wear similar sizes as the ones you listed above, went for a 9.5 and they fit just right.

Dude go for sz10. This AMP fits small. I m a 9.5-10 too. and I got sz10 and fits perfectly. 9.5 would be small.
