I'm different then others here and I prefer the ones from Indonesia as in my opinion they are maybe not comfortable but wearable compared to the ones made in Vietnam as those ones are terrible to wear...

My pair of Air Max Plus 2 feel pretty good on feet. What other materials do you want them to use? To me, they feel like your standard GR Nike shoe.
