Nike Air Trainer Max '91 Grey Stone / Yellow

quality on my pair is cheeks. Poorly painted and sole is cracking already on the heel. Toe box not looking too great either. I'm not one to knit pick about quality issues bt I seriously considered sending them back. I will just wear them to work a lot and they will become my work beaters since black and yellow are the school colors. I might order another pair to stock and rock casually, hopefully it is a better pair.

Sucks to hear. Hoping they were of decent quality.

Cant believe these have already dropped. Well they went on sale last time in my area so I might try to hold out for that. I remember being mad because I copped at retail just to see em eventually get marked down. August is ODing on my pockets. I don't know about y'all lol Too many must copps in one month. I didn't even know these were dropping. I will most likely wait till the "excluded from discount" comes off before purchasing. No rush for these although I do want them. I recall seeing these in the mall back when I was a kid and I recall being intrigued.

To everyone here waiting for them to go on sale I doubt they will.  RUVilla is the only place I have seen them available for sale. Its not like these are a general release. Anyways I thought I might add my two cents.

I hate advising on size because everybody's feet are different. That said, these run SLIGHTLY big. I tried a half size down, and they were too small. I think it's more that they're a little wide in the toe box, but not necessarily long. Like I said, half size down wouldn't have worked for me.

Appreciate the info. That helps. I don't have any decent shoe places around me so I have to sink or swim with online purchases. If all shoes were the same size it wouldnt be a problem but every shoe seems to fit differently.

I messed up by buying them for retail the last two times they retroed. Not this time

Id advise you not to buy a pair to keep ds. If you ever decide to wear um later that paint gonna crack like glitter coming off a stripper

I'm a 12 pretty much across the board. Occasionally I can slip into an 11.5. Got a 12 in the last Trainer Max release. Thought it was a little too big, tried the 11.5 and no dice. Stuck with the 12 and a little bit of slippage.

Got a pair yesterday for my Bday. Actually very happy with these. To bad about the toe box, but on the other hand these seem to have a fore foot air sole. Which is lacking in lots of Nike retros nowadays.
