When is this not said once a shoe is released?

The past few KD's have been suspect with early release pictures, especially the KD11. Flyknit upper, no lateral containment system, high midsole height, no outrigger etc etc.

A little nervous the way these came out of nowhere and KD keeps switching them out. Makes me wonder if these were even put through a wear test. From the look of how the shoe is built I wonder if it feels unstable laterally.

KD seems likes to wear shoes he’s been playing in a while. He damn near played the whole playoffs last year in the KD 10 “what the”.

He’s probably just used to the 11 for now, eventually will wear the 12 and not switch back soon enough.

How’s the comfort?

I find them more comfortable than the 10 or 11. Very cushioned underfoot and not clunky and heavy like the 11. I will definitely get another pair or 2 of them. Tongue is stupidly thick and padded as well

I didn't realize how hidden the swoosh was.

I like that.
It kind of becomes part of a design element rather than just a logo

Also the eggplant isn't really noticeable.

Still real nice.
It's like the perfect blend of casual and athletic.

Oh the sheen is there in some light. I went with same size as my kd 10 and 11's a size 11.
