I remember them being very nice on court with great support features and great cushion, I even had a friend who bought multiple pairs just to have in reserve when the last pair was beyond playable.

And of course you “seen them everywhere” g-time after the Kings pride and the blk/red, it was downhill from there nobody wanted them lol

Sad because the Christmas Bron 11 was nice . That mint hue was a nice change

He changed out of the 11 multiple times and wore the Soldier 7 for the bulk of the season and throughout the playoffs .

He wore the 11 for ASG 2014 but only to move units. He had that Gumbo League Soldier 7 ready to go.

Many Ginobili loved the 11. He wore the graffiti colorway many times. Wore a dope finals PE against Bron and the Heat that year.

Demarcus Cousins rocked the the “What The”

That drop in midsole along with that slender toe box murdered my pinky toes. It was like a hacksaw feeling whenever I trained in them.

I had the BHM and Gumbo League and happily gave them them away and got on the Kobe 9 train.

I coached at a high school that year and then went to a middle school the following year. They were everywhere on court and in the schools from what I saw and they sold pretty well here in Houston. I'm speaking from MY experience with them and from what I saw. There's no need to quote or second guess from my exprience.

Compared to the 7, 8, 9 and 10...the 11's were a disappointment.

They started out strong with the King's Pride, which is one of my favorite Lebron's, but then got progressively worse

and Lebron not playing in them didn't help with it's reputation

I think my issue with that colorway was the WT moniker being attached to it. They’re not really in line with the patchwork nature of most of the pairs.

Or maybe it’s more appropriate to say I prefer the patchwork versus the radical WT pairs.

I dont know why they are bothering with the highs. I haven't seen anyone that can wear them casually, and people hooping in boot style kicks are going for GT jumps or something similar with some up to date tech in the soles... not a foam drop in midsole from 10 years ago.
