Yeah, these work. Not a fan of the huge tongue but cushioning, fit, and traction are killer.

He may not wear them or like them or whatever his issue is, but the shoe is great. Feels like a better cushioned 6 (foam feels softer and the forefoot feels springy and still low). I’ve only put 5 games on them but I may order the black ice off stockx for way under retail.

I went half a size up and they are perfect for me. Also went with an overseas pair so it’s a little wider and XDR outsole - so far they’re #1 in my rotation behind Cuts and 36s

^^^ just be careful if you buy on Stockx - mine weren’t showing as EP (wide) fit and I went up half because kyrie 5/6/7 fit. When they came in they are a little wide but I’m able to pull tight and get them locked.
