Yeah he may have lost his juice. Not every shoe needs to be a banger, but I haven't bought a new shoe (non retro) of his since the 19If Jason is still at the head of the lebron design he needs too go I been saying this a few models back
Great call. That puts them at $116 and I only have 6% tax so they should only be around $123 totalThat price is really good, especially with the APP15 coupon added on top.
Is that textile?Monopoly pair came in from Sneaker Room… did a quick lace swap I think both work well with this shoe
KD 17, JA 2, Tatum 2, Luka sig, LeBron 22, Book 1, Freak sig are all weak designs. I can’t think of another year where the Nike Basketball lineup was this weakIf Jason is still at the head of the lebron design he needs too go I been saying this a few models back
Average performance has never been this good in hoop shoes either across the boardKD 17, JA 2, Tatum 2, Luka sig, LeBron 22, Book 1, Freak sig are all weak designs. I can’t think of another year where the Nike Basketball lineup was this weak
Not sure if this is a compliment or are you saving average performance is positive this year cause you seen worse in the past?Average performance has never been this good in hoop shoes either across the board
I think they look much better with the pink laces, they're already loud enough without contrasting laces. That is, of course, just my opinion and you do what you like. I can't wait to grab a pair but I've decided to hold out to see more colorways. I'm not necessarily in love with this model so I'm likely just gonna go for one pair this go around. Thanks for the review
Empty gym today, perfect situation to break a new pair of shoes in w/ an individual workout.
Initial thoughts… shoe feels like a combination of the 20 heel cushion combined with the 21 upper but with a more plush lining (think NXXT AMPD) and more midfoot support. Also it does feel a little more roomy in the toebox than previous models. Can kinda notice the extra weight but it’s not a huge difference imo. Traction bites pretty good, I think they must have mopped this La Fitness court recently… moderate dust, quick wipe no issues today.
If anyone has any questions let me know but just feels like an evolution of the line towards Bron needing a little more support as he’s getting older.
Yea he's not it anymore, I never wanted Kenzo gone in the first place. I'll give JP his credit he did make some bangers with the 7-10, 15, 20, but I believe his ship has sailed. I would really like some fresh prospective on the 23 but that's not gonna happen. I just hope he comes correct. If Jason is still at the head of the lebron design he needs too go I been saying this a few models back
I feel you man.I'm still torn....I want a shoe to feel almost as if I'm not wearing a shoe at times.
I'm on my feet hours on end a day for work so I need support and comfort.
I'll try on a pair soon for sure.
Couldn't agree more. I'm burned out on this low top sillinessJust my take 23 needs to be a mid to high and the elite playoff version low
They at least need to go mid. You guys keep endorsing these low rider hoop shoes and this is gonna be the 25Nah it doesn’t need to be a mid or a high.
I know, obviously joking. But do I like the low trend? Absolutely not. Design suffers. I'm almost 40, I don't care about 4 oz. lighter. I'm not directing this at you g-time, but I can't make sense of how people complain about the way all these new sig shoes look aesthetically yet keep pushing for lows. If they could make "cool" shoes like we got in the 90s in this low cut format, I'm all for it. As I said though, I'm of the opinion that the lower cut is forcing the look of the shoe in to a box. I'll be overjoyed too when we can get away from slapping a giant swoosh on everything.Quite the over exaggeration there. Low hoop shoes has been the trend and the direction here for a good minute.
