I'm old, washed, simple and not into anything even close to high fashion. So I don't claim to be a guru at all.
My club/lounge typical outfit consists of a nice fitted pair of pants, a good tri blend v neck fashion tee, tasteful jewelry pieces and a really really nice watch.
With that being said, the kicks that I decide to wear in the scenario are pairs that have high casual appeal...
Jordan 1s, 3s, 4s etc...
Certain Air Max 1s and 90s etc.
Now if I'm going to a sports bar, or a sporting event etc, my choice of sneaker is much more open.
If speaking specifically about the lebron line and it's appeal in a lounge, trendy hookah bar, no dress code type setting, I have been guilty of choosing my south beach 8s, the space jam 8s, red carpet 7s,
More recently both famu 7s etc etc.
For me, the lbj 4 doesn't necessarily fall into that "casual night out" category in the same way that other Lebrons have.
And this isn't an indictment on the 4. I like the 4 alot.

I don't think these will go. Real ones know and appreciate these, but the general public...nah. They'll likely complain they're too heavy and people have already said they don't have casual appeal. Fine with me lol. Just find a way to retro the birthdays, but I HIGHLY doubt they'll be retroed.
