Nike Running Fall 2009 - Moto, Lunar, Free, Pegasus, Vomero

Nike should update the look of the vomero's. They've looked really similar for the last couple of years

I was looking at the description of the Lunarglides on NDC and they say it is a shoe for neutral - mild overpronation. I overpronate so I'd like to knowfrom anyone that has these how they are. I do see the stability bar, but I wonder how much support it actually offers. And do they run narrow like most of theBowerman series?

If it is popular, why change it? Obviously that's why 3 and 4 are the exact same. 1 and 2 do not look anything like 3/4.

I just scooped all of these from ndc this morning:

The way the outsole cradles the Cushlon is designed to help against overpronation.

In this picture you can see how the Cushlon is shaped so it offers a smooth ride for a neutral gait (offering more cushlon for the footstrike area on thelateral side of the heel). But once overpronation occurs, the outsole piece that fits with the steeper angle side of the Cushlon (on the medial side of theheel), is activated and helps prevent overpronation.

Hopefully that made sense to you...

nice pics, jeff. those orange/black 4s are pretty sweet.

do you run in all your vomeros, or are some just for casual wear?

i'm sticking with the vomero 3s for now, but i'll probably try the vomero 4s at some point.
