Contacted nike and they talking about they will open a "investigation" to find my shoes. They literally never even got to fedex according to the tracking.

What does tracking say? I had a pair of shoes that weren’t picked up by Fedex for over a week. Initially I thought it got lost, but after over a week tracking finally updated. Be patient is my best advice.

Yup that’s what my package had for over a week. It was also Fedex and Nike (Snkrs app win). It seemed like the label was created, but the pickup took over a week. Whatever you do, don’t cancel or refund your order. Let it play out for at most 2 weeks before you do anything. It hasn’t even been a week. You should be okay.
