Chase blocked my FootPatrol Yeezy purchase twice this weekend. I just called them and talked to their fraud department and they claim they never even saw the charge. They also said my account has zero blocks on it. So... if this is true, it may be the actual merchant you're purchasing from who is blocking the charge based on their fraud checks. At least that's what they were telling me. Just food for thought.
