As you can tell no retro is exact as the OG!
You can see the 2 versions kinda have a different height of the front toe guard. Kind of reminded me of the AJ3 BC OG and retro’s elephant height on front toe box.
The height of the shoe is different as well, a little bit taller on retro than the OG. They definitely used different materials. Black leather on OG a lot softer than retro’s.
To me they both weight about the same.

So I weighed the og and protro, and they were the same! 1.09 lbs in sz 9.5.
The protro is also missing the yellow stitching on the lateral swoosh

Just my opinion, these fit kinda small, TTS the toebox is super snug. half size up felt a lot better on my toes. however the length is a bit longer than preferred. its weird cuz 10 years ago the OG I wore size 9. Now these protro I'll prob be rocking size 10. I was fortunate to try on both 9.5 and 10.
