Yeah, they're full of ****, and they're not the only ones over there. They're only good at following the standard procedures. Nike with such a great return policy but once a situation doesn't fit the norm, they're powerless to help you. Or they can, but they pick and choose what to do at random. These are the same jerkoffs who refused to refund my emerald 11 lows under the defective product policy for squeaking like crazy--and they looked almost brand new when I sent them in--but they refunded me a year after buying my silver bullet 97s that I wore multiple times a week until the outsole peeled off the heel and the airbag went flat. Between the two, it would have made way more sense to accept my emeralds but not my 97s, yet somehow they did the opposite LOL
