I'm honestly surprised he's worn down after 150. I have a few friends who've put close to 350-400 in their pairs as well and finally got through the outsole.

I heel strike during easy miles. Had the same issue with the Hoka Rincon. I did take them on a rocky trail when I was training at altitude in July but doubt a short run could do that much damage.

Second run in the AFs, and I PRed on the 10K. I managed to hit a sub40! The overall distance was my longest since April 2020. It included my usual 5mi of rolling hills but ended the last 5K on track (5x5 lol).
I’m still evaluating my race day options, but these are the heavy favorite. I’m so glad that I purchased triples of these during the Notre sale! Two more shoes to audition lol

Yessir. I purchased the women’s versions. I’ve never run in the men’s version, so I can’t say. However, the box label states both women and men sizes.

i don't think that's the case. the shoes are sitting most places now. definitely not the same hype as when the OG 4% released
