for da same square feet in my apartment, some trust fund yuppie is paying 3 grand a month for SoHo apartments that look EXACTLY

like da pre World War II apartments in da heights...you know its all about location location location.....

people's rent in stabilized homes NEVER go up......EVER.....there's a geezy that used to pay 100 dollars a MONTH for a 3 bedroom with NO KIND

of government subsidies because of control rules in NYC....what you think Charlie Rangel got in trouble for? once these apartments becomes vacant they RARELY OR NEVER

enter da market....familles will just take over da reigns and keep paying STUPID cheap rent as long as da household isn't making OVER 175k a year (and even then

there are PLENTY of ways to hide additional income)...you know

what kinda savings/playtime cash you can have with that...in NYC.........in 2010!?

Guess someone forgot about LES, spanish harlem, and da masses of projectHousing everywhere else...da heights has no projects.My bed mattress is brand new, its small on purpose.I rock all my kicks daily and don't trust storage places...da brand newShow storage wars just cemented my reasons...I got over300 pairs of kicks, never said maintenance was gonna look pretty *shrugs* lol
