How do you initiate a repair for you Switch? I have a spare that I want to pay to get fixed. I go to Nintendo’s site and when click the button that says start repair, it takes me to an FAQ page. I read through the page and don’t see anywhere to actually start the process.

The actual console. I had one from 2017 that just stopped working (it will not power on) and the warranty had already expired. I never thought about it but then my wife asked if I could just pay for it to be fixed. I don’t need another Switch but it would be nice to having another working Switch seeing as I payed MSRP already.

Have you tried leaving it charging for an hour then turning it on? It's most likely just your battery.

Can always try a hard reset too by holding power button down for 12 seconds

I think you'd have to contact an actual Nintendo (of America) customer support representative to set that repair ticket up, it isn't like the Joy Con repairs where it is like a simple online form submission and you wait on an email confirmation with packaging information.

I think you'd have to contact an actual Nintendo (of America) customer support representative to set that repair ticket up, it isn't like the Joy Con repairs where it is like a simple online form submission and you wait on an email confirmation with packaging information.
