Nipsey Hussle Thread; The Marathon Continues

cant comprehend the double up slander happening in here :smh:

My new **** sound like it's Soul Train
Tookie Williams over Coltrane
Eric B by the rope chain, RSC we fasho bang
Tiny locs and they go crazy
What you know about the dope game?
Was you born in the 80's? Did your mama smoke cocaine?
Have you ever seen a whole thang?
Was you drove to the streets cause you grew up on short change?

foh **** is hard and smooth like a marble countertop.

Facts. Then Belly with the hook sets the song off

Young n* easily my favorite track

As soon as the beat drop and it goes
“What can make a n wanna go and get it?”
FLAMES. I listen to it damn near every morning/workout.

This used to be a dream we would chase,
I know J. Stone and Copy Supreme could relate,
I know the whole team could relate,
I know Evan Makenzi and Bron Lees could relate,
Cornell, Saddam, Adam Man, DeBron, Steven Donaldson and Black Sam been on this Marathon,
Ballin' since my brother used to hustle out the Vons,
Couple hundred thousand up, he took a shovel to the lawn,
No exaggeration for the content of my songs, when he went to dig it up, ****, a hundred somethin' gone.
Molded, you can ask moms,
had to plug in blow dryers for the ones we could wash.
Salvaged the little bit, young rich n* ****,
Pressure on your shoulder, how you gon' deal with it?
Say it's uncomfortable when you transition,
But it's all beautiful when you get rich in it,
When you start killin' ****,
and they all witness it,
Money grow faster than n*s could spend the ****,
Open more businesses with you and your ******,
That's watchin' your vision and being more generous
Fck a Ford dealership, we up in Forbes..

Dom verse was even smooth on this record.

Blue Laces 2 would be a perfect song to feature Ross. The content or the title of the song maybe not, but that smooth beat that Ross always has a good sound on.

2 favs: Rap N's (Contrary to popular opinion in this thread, the energy and overall statement is undeniable)
Double Up

*Tied for 3rd is Keyz2City 2 and Young N ( That change up @ the end of K2C2 :pimp: fireflames! should've made that part into a song itself)

2 skippers (If i'm trying to get to the bangers, at times i just let em all play) : Loaded Bases(Lyrically dope but meh on the musical arrangement)
Million While You're Young

BTW,
where are all those unreleased songs @!????!

Hustle and Motivate is my go to song in the gym. I never get tired when I hear that song.

Loaded Bases has grown on me Son is dope. I think this album is a classic. This is the first album in a long time that improves as I listen to it more.

Still honestly one of my favorite albums this year. Probably the most played.

Also great to see his tour doing well, he’s been selling out the shows so far and even having to add a second show back to back (selling out NY and Atlanta, which is HUGE for a west coast rapper).

saw some videos of the show and he has a live band with him performing and it looks great

Went to the atl show this past Saturday and he put on a good show. The live band was a nice touch, bought the early bird tickets for $33 for a seat but well worth it if you can get your hands on a set if he’s coming to your town.

This I went to the NYC show. Harden and Westbrook were there. This album sounds so dope with the live band.
