The huge swings in NT narratives are hilarious.
It went from the Cavs have absolutely no chance at all because GS is a superior team before the series started to they have to shake off the jitters after they came out with a slow start in game 1. From that to the Cavs REALLY dont stand a chance now that Kyrie is hurt, after game 1 to THE FIX IS IN when the Cavs took game two. Now the narrative is that Steph wont have another bad shooting night( even though game 2 WAS the SECOND bad shooting night for Steph) and the Cavs cant keep playing this level of good basketball when in actuality both teams have played pretty terribly.

But I will admit, it is fun to read.

A few thought before tonights tip-off.
The Finals, and the playoffs in general is ALL about adjustments.
When you are playing in a 7 game series you have to adjust to make you team more successful. So far Kerr has not adjusted to the LeBron ISO strategy that the Cavs are using right now and that is bad for them.

GS is a jumpshooting team. They play their best basketball when they are pushing the ball in transition, using good ball movement, and getting their best players open uncontested shots. That is their identity. The reason they are having such a problem with the Cavs right now is because when LeBron runs the ISO, the GSW spread to cover the outlet passes. Then when LeBron starts his attck someone comes over for the help D. This leaves MOzGod open to make a quick cut for an easy layup. We saw it many times in game 2. It also leaves TT in prime position to grab all of the offensive rebounds. When TT gets the rebound or MozGod gets an easy layup the Cavs get to get bcak and set up theri defense, which puts GS in a half court offense.

Couple those defensive problem with the fact that no one on GS is hooting the ball particularly well these past two games. Steph had flashes in the 2nd quarter of game 1 and in the 4th and OT. Klay showed some signs of life in game 2. We all know the splash bros are gonna get theirs, but that is not their problem. Their problem is that their role players arent stepping up on the offensive end. Draymond Green has disappeared just like I predicted before the series started, Harrison Barnes isnt as aggresive as he was last series. Bogut doesnt even look to score. Livingston is no where to be found.
Mo gave them a nice push in game one but followed that up with that terrible dunk in game 2.

If GS is gonna win tonight they have to push the tempo, get open shots and Draymond Green has to stop the magic act.

On the Cavs side no one is really playing that great besides LeBron. And even his performances are scarred by bad shooting percentages.
JR and Shump have yet to show up. The Cavs bench is consistently being outplayed by GS bench. The Cavs are also having a tough time closing out quarters. Quartes 1-3 in game one, the Cavs had leads and GS would catch back up at the end of the quarter.
Another problem is them running out of gas in OT. Both games it seems like regualtion took everything they had. Both games they shot terrible in OT.

If the Cavs want to win game 3 they will need to keep with the LeBron ISO and keep the tempo slowed down and the score low.
They need a good shooting night out of JR or Shump and need the production from MozGod and TT to continue to keep GS out of transition.
Dell needs to prove himself and have another strong night against Steph(even though he will have at least 30 tonight).
And LeBron needs to do it all and fill up the stat sheet once again.

Game 3 should be a good one.

I have the Cavs winning by 8 to go up 2-1

fixed.

lmaooo those boo's and cheers are light as hell lolll. fans aint bout that intimidation life.

Mitch put in work alot longer than Marion did and he was #1 option on his teams something Marion never was

What did Mitch ever do other than be a volume scorer on bad teams? Made it out of the first round twice in his career (and, no, sitting on the bench with the Lakers in '02 doesn't count).

 Was yaw in remedial english or somethin?
