Some people do it without cuz they say it helps you get better faster but there is no evidence of this. A lot of people even say the opposite and claim that getitng yams helps your brain get adjusted to the feel of the p. Again no evidence of that being true either.

Like if I'm hanging with my friends, I'm not gonna stop and think "damn I really wanna beat my meat right now", unless one of them is looking extra sexy.

So from now on I'll just stay as busy as possible

It's a very interesting read if you want to read it. If you don't I'll summarize it for you. It basically explains why places where drugs are legal have a significantly less drug related issues than when they didnt allow drugs. It could work just as easily for fap.

Basically one group of scientist gave a bunch of rats in cages heroin and of course they found all the terrible things about heroin to be true.

Another group of scientist did a related project with morphine. They created a park and a great social setting for a group of rats. For another group of rats they caged em like the earlier scientist did. At one point in the experiment they gave both groups of rats unlimited access to morphine. The ones in the cage, who couldnt get back to a normal life, abused the drug. The ones with a great life didnt care to use the drug. They slowly quit their previously administered addiction on their own. They say it is because having a normal life was so out of the caged rats expectancy that they it was unbearable not to be on the morphine.

Basically rehabilitating and getting rats back to a normal life >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> caging them and making it so that they never could (criminal records anyone?)
