The thread about this on the Misc has the best list of pros/cons in regards to not fapping. If anyone is interested in reading it just google it. I dislike most misc threads since it's littered with troll post but that thead in particular isn't and the dudes that are participating actually motivate one another rather than troll with gif's, pics and other counter productive posts.
