According to Wrestlinginc, WWE has made a strong offer to Johnny Gargano for him to stay with the company long term.
In an update, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Gargano has not signed as of press time, but WWE officials are pushing very hard for him to stay with the company.

Best suited for midcard champ. Think things were in motion for him to be a solid WHC after beating Del Rio with Langston and AJ by his side though. Had some really unfortunately timed injuries then which derailed all that.So what kind of IT does HE have?
