I like the NTers without teams voting.

We could have a simple # lottery. A neutral member can list 1-20 or however many teams we chose in a PM. Dudes choose #'s and we get the order ?
 
I'm always down for these type of things on NT..... We should keep it under 25 teams, also strict rules if you miss your pick/don't send a list of players you want to draft when your turn comes.
