5'8" 2 bills here, I really don't want to cut because I want to stay in the 198 class but **** it, see if I can get to the 181s.

lol the strength gains are awesome, but I`m probably pushing 260, and I`m not trying to be an IFBB pro lololol. I think my next bulk I might do it clean and very slow, but I won't lie dirty bulking is fun as hell, like smashing 5000 calories is wild easy.

people use that word bulk..............so they can eat wild easy as you say

i seen that guy you posted you want those lean aesthetics

you can have strength and be lean dont get it twisted mean, this is why i do deads and squats

Yes I'ma fatass :lol I'll get up early on Saturday and get a feel for the gym though. Hardest part for me is making actual time to do it, sleep schedule so messed up and the YMCA close at like 7:30.

You can make a lot of progress in a 3 months...This is my progress in three months last year. I'm somewhere in between right now at 160 lbs range trying to get back

. I can't squat/deadlift cuz I hurt myself

Damn dude amazing progress. What kind of workouts do you do?
 
thanx, was doin Jason Blaha's 5x5 Novice Routine Full-body (cutting version) and lots of cardio

Switching the 5x5 into 3x5 sets instead and the 3x8 into 2x8

Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5
Barbell Shrug 3x8
Skullcrusher 3x8
Chins 3x5-8
or Striaght Bar/Incline Curl 3x8
Hyperextention 2x10
Kneeling Cable Crunch 3x10-20

Workout B
Squat 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Standing Press 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5 -10%
CGBP 3x8
Straight Bar or Incline Curl 3x8
Kneeling Cable Crunch 3x10-20

I'm with it...not trying to lose really...toning up and adding a few pounds (5-10) is what i'm aiming for.

some advice would be cool though....I want to do the gym thing but i'm hesitant cause I've always done home ish with dumbells and wouldn't even know where to start with the machines there.
 
I'm not overweight nor skinny really, but want to get in good shape. Put me in coach
