This is no time to put blame on anyone, man.
One of my good friends and a teammate recently had his little brother pass. I miss his brother (who was also a teammate of mine,) every damn day, so I can't imagine how he feels. Nor can I imagine how you feel.
Stay up man. It doesn't get any easier, you just learn to live with it. Anger and bitterness won't help, either.
