Because we believe in Jesus Christ and we believe that he died for our sins. Just as you do, maybe. Were you honestly asking, or just trying to be hostile? Naw, these were never banned... the athiest/muslim/jewish scriptures of the day that followed were banned though because of the controversysurrounding them
