But if you let other folks tell you, they'll make him seem like he's Curt Schilling to Justin Verlander's Randy Johnson since he came over. In the two months since he came over, he pitched against an injury depleted Cleveland team four times, KC twice, Oakland, Minnesota, Baltimore (before they became AL East killers), Texas at home and TB in the worst hitting park in the majors. A different beast pitching against an AL East team in a hitting park than pitching in arguably the weakest division in baseball.

I'm not saying I can't be wrong about tonight but to use the facts that were used is too far out there IMO.
I respect that and I understand Fister is not a Curt Schilling caliber player but I've watched a good amount of Mariner games when he pitched and this dude is underrated. He has a #$$ record because he got no run support whenever he started which was hilarious to me. Also, do you really think the Detroit bats are going to stay quite because they've only scored 5 runs in both wins and I see them go wild tonight...
Fister is in the top 15% in WHIP and ERA while Nova shouldn't even be compared to the guy... I will say that if Tigers are not ahead in the 6th then the game is over

I could agree with that.  I don't think the bats go wild on either side tonight TBH.  Nova may have a lot of help from the team scoring runs but he can pitch a bit too.  My point was, I don't think I'd put money on the game.  Especially since I'm a fan of the Yanks and you're a Detroit guy, I'm very superstitious

I was at Dinner when I put the bet in but like I said earlier today, went with Oregon -24.

1.5 units... Oregon offense getting it going in the 1st. I love my chances if they keep Cal to FG's every trip.
