youwager.eu is a highley reputable book and you can deposit from the United States with it. If your looking for another book. 

If your serious about betting you should get a decent amount of money in about 4 books so you can get the best line available. Pretty important.

I kind of realized my statement is completely false. Line is placed at -9.5 on the site, but payout is +130. The true line is -8, paying -110. My mistake.
