Anyone taking the Chargers tonight? -9 is a lot, but they're offense (Rivers) is ridiculous right now. Coming off a bye week and playing at home on MNF. Their pass defense is rated #1 in the league right now, and all the Broncos do is pass. Rivers is getting Floyd back tonight as well. This is a conference game too, I'm predicting a blowout.

9 is a lot to lay.  inside of 1 TD i like it, but not sure about giving that many points.

Steve Gregory may be out tonight.  While hes not necesarily a force to be reckoned with, it still hurts.  Gates may be out too.

With few exceptions, I feel that divisional games always are a bit closer than non-division/conference games.  This is make or break for Denver.  If they lose here, they are effectively out of the playoff hunt.  They are also coming off a high of whoopin on KC last week.  I think SD is in for a dogfight.

I'm not gonna touch it because like I said my NFL picks were pretty off this week even though most of them were choke jobs.  I will say this though... This game to me just has a has the feel of a 28-6 or 31-10 Chargers victory.  The Chargers are always good at home. Even this year with their poor record they have blown every team not from NE out of the water.  Couple that with the fact that the Broncos aren't the greatest road team and Chargers coming off the bye and I think tonight might spell trouble for the Broncos.

Im not betting tonights game, but heres what I think about it...

Looks like Vegas is begggggingggg people to bet on the Broncos... The line is at 8.5 before the news that Gates was not playing, and then goes to 9 after the news??? LV knew all along Gates wasn't gonna play and they're still on SD.

Personally I wouldn't touch this game unless I was laying at the MOST 6.5 with the Chargers.

I would likely take the bait from Vegas and take DEN +9


Also riding ODU -3 with a couple of yall... Hope it hits because it would continue building the $50 I had left in my account into $300 since I lost a ton on Saturday night.

I guess it wont matter much as long as McMichael channels his inner Gates like he did in the past game.

If this Duke 1H bet plays out for me, I am betting Duke 1H regardless of the spread for the rest of the season.  That team is just too stacked and well coached.

What do you guys think about the Jets this Thursday? Bengals are just awful losing to the Bills at home like that. Jets games have been close lately though...

^ Bengals still have the talent to keep it close, and the Jets haven't been blowing ANYONE out lately, Bengals is the only way I'd play it...but I won't be when Detroit +7 is available

(getting some of that Lions ML too - Calvin might have 3 td's - which still might not be enough)

LaSalle +5.5 over Providence (and splitting with the ML when it comes out - should be around +200/+230 I'd think)

Not large, just a small play,

Providence is my team - but I truly expected a PK here - kindve excited to see 5.5 as it probably means Providence wins this game (which I'll gladly take),

Maybe Council has a monster day...maybe Brooks continues on his double-double tear...maybe Coleman goes off? Shieeeeet, as I say all this it makes me wonder if I really even want to put any coin on LaSalle. Nahhhhh, I do, it'll make me a little happy if they do lose

Maybe Providence up 8 comfortably late and LaSalle can hit a 3 to get the cover
